  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll process your refund within a few business days.

At MARLOWE MELBOURNE, we are committed to providing our customers with the fastest and most efficient service possible. To achieve this, we process orders immediately after they are placed. Because of this streamlined system, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, we kindly ask you to contact our customer care team as quickly as possible. We will do our best to assist you within this limited window. After the 1-hour period has passed, your order will have entered our logistics and fulfilment process, and unfortunately, we are no longer able to modify or cancel it. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it is automatically forwarded to our warehouse team for packing and shipping, and at that point, changes are no longer possible.
